Cancellation Fee

Life is busy. I get it! It can be unpredictable when dealing with family emergencies, illnesses, and all unexpected things that can come up out of the blue. As the owner of Borealis Massage Therapy, I wholeheartedly understand when a client needs to make a last minute cancellation under certain circumstances such as family emergency and illness, so there isn't a cancellation fee under that category. If there is less than 24hr notice for all else, a $25 cancellation fee is expected as it can be difficult to fill treatment spots in that short period of time. It is my hope that this is seen as a fair deal! Thanks to all! Kalea
